Thanks to Laura I ordered up a sample set from AmiAmi. There's some really fun stuff...and the prices are good too!

Starting from upper left and going clockwise there's:

  • AHS Slub Kasuri 900 meters of 100% Wool superfine (seems heavier than laceweight but lighter than fingering) $10.50 USD
  • Mohair Tweed 160 meters of Mohair/Wool/Acrylic/Nylon in an aran weight for $10.80 USD
  • LPL Mohair 900 meters of Wool/Mohair laceweight $14.10 USD
  • Faith 220 meters of 100% Wool worsted weight $11.22 USD
  • Szack 1300 meters of 100% Wool laceweight $10.70 USD

If you're interested in anything you better act quickly though because they're not shipping from November 14th to December 15th.

Hm, my AmiAmi samples for Faith look completley different, I mean the colors are vaguely similar, but your pink is much more pink, and your blue has much more variety than mine. I'm wondering what the colors really are on the pink, because on the website it looks very red, and in my samples it's peach. Is yours really peach or pink?
